The "To Do" List Week

I have this week off from work and have uncharacteristically resolved to make it a productive week. Since it's technically 2009 for a few more days, I'll try to cross off as many items as possible from my "2009 to do list." Below are the main ones I would like to accomplish (in no particular order):

#1: Get rid of my "Fight Club" Fridge
n. A refrigerator, in which contents mainly consist of condiments (possibly a half a sixpack of beer and maybe some old moldy cheese). A poorly stocked Bachelor or Bachelorette fridge. - Urban Dictionary

Yes, this is my actual fridge!

#2: Take Greyson to the vet
He hasn't been in since he was a kitten (he's now 3 and a half years old!)
#3: Clean the car inside and out (and replace the windshield)
Can't remember the last time it's been cleaned and the windshield's been cracked for over a year.
#4: Write my Christmas thank you notes
This usually occurs in February.
#5: Organize my closet
Also known as the place where clothes go in, but then are never found again.
#6: Get a new cellphone
For anyone who has tried calling me in the last 5 months, you'll know why this is a priority!
#7: Update my credit cards with my married name
Starting to feel like I have multiple personalities as I try to remember which name to sign.
#8: Eat some eggnog cupcakes (well, maybe just 1)
No explaination needed!

I'll report back this weekend on how I do crossing off these items. Until then, are there any "to do" items that you've been neglecting? Or am I the only one who waits until things get out of control before taking action?

We've been meaning to patch the holes in our walls left from old bathroom fixtures since we changed them...a year ago. So much for looking nicer with pretty bathroom fixtures...

Yes! I agree with the new cell phone! Also, you have a very ambitious list.
I am deterimined to finish organizing the closets. Honestly, the "office" which will soon be called the nursery, is a mess. I need to get on it. What do I do instead? Get home, make myself a cup of tea and sit down and read books or take a nap. Not terribly productive. I have a feeling that I won't be more productive with a baby around though....
